Returns and Exchanges Terms & Conditions
Items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason without prior approval from DGY.com. Items returned without DGY.com approval will be refused. To be issued a return authorization, please e-mail us at customercare@dgy.com.
Returned or exchanged items will not be accepted after 15 days of delivery date. DGY.com reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any items. DGY.com reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time.
All items are inspected before being shipped to customer. Upon arrival of shipment, customer should inspect items immediately and report any discrepancies or damages to DGY.com.
Items returned or exchanged MUST be in the original condition that they were received. Any damages caused by the customer are the customers' responsibility.
Credit will be issued to the original credit card only. All returns are subject to inspection for determination of credit. Any credit given will be after items are received and inspected by DGY.com's Return Department. ALL accepted returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note : Customer will also be subject to a processing charge for "Customer Refused Delivery" or undeliverable shipments returned by the shipper (ie UPS or USPS) returned to DGY.com.
Apparel or gear must not be worn, washed, have tags removed or have been altered in any way. If items do not meet these requirements, they will not be accepted for return or exchange.
There are NO returns or exchanges on electrical parts, inner tubes, manuals, tools, oils, chemicals, stickers or decals, helmets, Bombardier clothing or appearel, or items under $25. Returns can and will be subject to specific case by case situations, determined by DGY.com. CANCELLED ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCK FEE!
All information regarding year, make and model are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for shipping items back to DGY.com for regular returns/exchanges. DGY.com will issue a call tag if the return is a result of DGY.com's error.

Items MUST be shipped to DGY.com in original packaging with the part number attached and boxed in a proper shipping box. Absolutely no substitutions will be accepted. Please use clear packing tape only to seal boxes. Do NOT write or mark on the OEM packaging or boxing in any way. Items must be properly packaged to ship back to DGY.com. Any damages caused during shipment back to DGY.com are the customers' responsibility. DGY.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment back to DGY.com. DGY.com recommends all returns be insured with a tracking number.
