Policies

  Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items (such as fuel tanks, fairings,  fenders, seats, tires, etc.) require an additional shipping charge. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared for shipping. 

You will be notified if there is an increase in the shipping charge on your order prior to shipping.  Orders will be held until additional shipping charges have been paid for. 

Shipment Methods: We ship via UPS Ground in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii require additional shipping charges and timeframes.

Delivery Time: Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered/discontinued items to the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska & Hawaii.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.


Returns and Exchanges Terms & Conditions

Items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason without prior approval from DGY.com.  Items returned without DGY.com approval will be refused.  To be issued a return authorization, please e-mail us at customercare@dgy.com.

Returned or exchanged items will not be accepted after 10 days of delivery date.  DGY.com reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any items.  DGY.com reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time.

All items are inspected before being shipped to customer.  Upon arrival of shipment, customer should inspect items immediately and report any discrepancies or damages to DGY.com.

Items returned or exchanged MUST be in the original condition that they were received.  Any damages caused by the customer are the customers' responsibility.

Credit will be issued to the original credit card only.  All returns are subject to inspection for determination of credit.  Any credit given will be after items are received and inspected by DGY.com's Return Department.  All accepted returned items will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Please note : Customer will also be subject to a processing charge for "Customer Refused Delivery" or undeliverable shipments returned by the shipper (ie UPS or USPS) returned to DGY.com.

Apparel or gear must not be worn, washed, have tags removed or have been altered in any way.  If items do not meet these requirements, they will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

There are NO returns or exchanges on electrical parts, inner tubes, manuals, tools, oils, chemicals, stickers or decals,  helmets, Bombardier clothing or appearel, or items under $15. Returns can and will be subject to specific case by case situations, determined by DGY.com

All information regarding year, make and model are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The customer is responsible for shipping items back to DGY.com for regular returns/exchanges.  DGY.com will issue a call tag if the return is a result of DGY.com's error.

Items MUST be shipped to DGY.com in original packaging with the part number attached and boxed in a proper shipping box.  Absolutely no substitutions will be accepted.  Please use clear packing tape only to seal boxes.  Do NOT write or mark on the OEM packaging or boxing in any way.  Items must be properly packaged to ship back to DGY.com.  Any damages caused during shipment back to DGY.com are the customers' responsibility.  DGY.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment back to DGY.com.  DGY.com recommends all returns be insured with a tracking number.

 


Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.


Payment Methods

Orders are accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card and debit card purchases are authorized / verified for your protection before payment is collected. Debit card authorizations / verifications may appear as funds debited from your account, until transactions are settled. Please be aware of your available funds. DGY.com is not accountable for overdrafts, bounced checks, etc.


Backordered/Discontinued Items

Backorders/Discontinued Items: If an item is backordered or discontinued, we will notify you via phone or e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via phone or email and give you a cancellation option. Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.

Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed accurate. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Mistakenly posted prices on the website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.


Secured Online Shopping

We guarantee your order's privacy and security over the web, with all transactions utilizing an SSL secure server connection. Verisign, Inc., provides our Secure Server Certificate through PowerSports Network, Inc.

There are several things that you should consider before ordering parts online:


  • For older vehicles - not all parts may be available. Older vehicles may have been modified/rebuilt. Please be aware of this possibility. For example : pistons/rings, tires, painted parts, cables, etc.
  • You are responsible for what you order! If you aren't sure that you have the right part, don't order it.
  • Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which is not negotiable.
  • No returns on electrical parts, inner tubes, manuals, tools, oils, chemicals, helmets, stickers/decals or items under $15.
  • Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.
  • Must be in Original package
  • Some items listed may be DISCONTINUED.  If you have any questions regarding this please send us an email to verify the part(s).
  • Some items may need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer.  Typically, orders will arrive on your doorstep 3-10 business days from the original order date. 
  • Requests, e-mail us at customercare@dgy.com.
  • We no longer accept orders shipping to Canada. Sorry for any inconvenience. We Do Not ship outside the US.
