"I stumbled across DGY while searching for parts for my YZ450F. Your prices were very competitive and the online parts fiche with prices included was a huge 1st time selling point for me. Since my very first purchase I have received nothing less then "OUTSTANDING" customer service, both on the phone and through the net. I've continued to use DGY as my primary supplier of OEM Yamaha parts. The shipping charges are reasonable and I have never waited longer than 4 or 5 days for any part I've needed. I race Maine Motocross Series and other local Motocross pretty much every weekend and I tell everyone that needs factory parts to look up DGY before they order anywhere else. I got a few DGY stickers with my last order and I proudly display on my radiator shrouds. Keep up the great work and customer service DGY, it is appreciated! My only complaint is that your show room is too far away for me to get you to sponsor my next YZ450F. :)"

I would like to thank Brian Baron for all his help in helping me to get the correct part for my bike. I had gone to a dealership here thinking that since they dealt with my type of bike I would get the correct part number for what I needed. Needless to say. It was wrong. Brian was understanding of my predicament when I had to return the wrong part ordered from DGY for the right part. He was courteous and helpful and didn't make me feel as if I was stupid. DGY if the rest of your staff is like Brian, you surely have a good one. I would also like to thank your company for making the prices reasonable. It is amazing to me that dealerships will hike the cost of parts especially on older model bikes. Again many thanks to Brian and your company.

"After a long and very intense search for my 1st bike. It was time to look for the best dealer. After multiple vists to 7 other dealers in the area, it was clearly obvious that DGY was the superior dealer. Sales was educated,patient and quick to respond to many phone calls and questions. The entire staff took the time to meet me and intorduce themselves in the sales process. Each took me on a tour of their area of responsibility. DGY is "first class".

"On March 21, 2007, I realized a life long dream to own a motorcycle (I'm 60). My salesman Bill and the entire dealership staff genuinely treated me as if they have known me for years and they were as happy as I was. Congratulations all around on my purchase (a VT750C2 Shadow Spirit). All of my questions were answered and Dan made sure I left knowing all I needed to about the bike. I was never rushed or pressured. It was my first visit to the dealership, but I guarantee it will not be my last. It is a dealership that truely puts the customer first. "I walked into DGY to buy 2 cycle oil for a friends dirt bike and walked out with a new Wolverine 450.
I was so impressed with the sales team's service. Andy helped me with all of my stupid questions and finding the exact kind of quad i wanted, Dennis answered all of the financial questions and worked out a sale that would work for me on my budget, and Dan showed me everything there is to know about riding, maintenence, and cleaning.
It was a great experience. Much more in depth than just purchasing.
Im not done with break-in so I cant rate service, but I know it will be on par with everything else."
